Ammneh has been working in the technology industry for more than 8 years. At nForm she brings her expertise in web usability, user research, web analytics, business analysis, project management and user experience consulting to every project.
Some of the clients that Ammneh has been working with include: Alberta Education, Alberta Office of Statistics and Information, Public Affairs Bureau, Alberta Supports, Alberta Employment and Immigration, Alberta Human Services, Apply Alberta, Athabasca University, University of Victoria and Ministry of British Columbia Citizen`s Services and Open Government.
She has been one of the lead organizers of Edmonton's user experience community where she is trying to increase the awareness of user experience and mentor the newcomers in the field. She has also lead a workshop about user experience at Grant McEwan University to help the students understand how to use user research data to develop an information architecture that meets the needs of the users.
Before joining nForm Ammneh was at Upside Software where she was a development team lead and head of the centre of excellence for business analysis. Ammneh's role included mentoring business analysts on different projects, being the primary analyst on all major projects, and mentoring the development team. Ammneh was awarded the title of MVP in 2006 for her significant contributions to the company. Ammneh earned her undergraduate degree in computer sciences and a project management professional (PMP) certification.
