As a junior interface designer, your primary responsibility will be to create production visual designs following senior creative direction, wireframe specifications, and visual style guides. You will work in Photoshop to create production-ready graphics for the implementation team. Ability to write standards-compliant HTML and CSS a plus. You will also be required to create new designs from the ground up as required by specific projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required for client-facing engagements. As a boutique firm, you'll be called on to serve in a variety of roles - flexibility and the ability to tackle new challenges are important.
Qualifications

» 1-2 years of work experience preferred
» Fluent with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
» HTML & CSS a plus
» Your portfolio, process, and mindset trump both formal education and previous jobs, though we appreciate good schools and good work.
Compensation
» $30-35,000 salary plus benefits to start, review at 6 months, 1 year, and then annually.
