This month two friends and long-time employees of nForm are leaving to pursue new adventures. Jess McMullin and Toby Spendiff have helped shape nForm over the past few years and we'll miss them as colleagues (and for me, personally, as partners).
But we're also excited to see what they do next. Please join me in wishing them well.
Jess McMullin is leaving to start an as-yet-unnamed venture that will combine his passion for design with his growing interest in advocacy. Jess will have more to say about that in the next few weeks, and we'll write about it here as soon as he does.
Jess founded nForm, and we wouldn't be here without him. Nor would we be as successful as we are without his many ideas, insights and other contributions. And even though he's left our consulting roster, Jess will continue to be involved in nForm as an advisor.
You can follow Jess on Twitter where he's @jessmcmullin or on his blog.
Toby Spendiff, our VP of Development, is also departing and planning to relocate his family to a warmer climate (New Zealand being his current top pick).
Toby has a rare combination of skills: deep knowledge of SharePoint, .Net and other Microsoft technologies, strong customer focus, and a deep respect for user experience. Over the past few years he's led several best-in-class SharePoint projects and senior consulting engagements for us. And on top of that he's a swell, hard-working guy.
If you're in New Zealand and you need a senior IT resource--you need to hire Toby. An email to toby@nform.ca will reach him for the next few weeks; after that you'll find him on LinkedIn.
