We're Hiring a User Experience Designer

We hiring a User Experience Designer to work out of our Edmonton office. If you're interested and you meet the requirements, please get in touch--we'd love to talk with you!

Our ideal candidate will come from a web design or front-end development background, but will have a couple of years experience creating UX deliverables for projects. We're looking for a creative problem-solver who uses the UX toolkit to develop products that really work.

Ideal Skillset

  • Experience developing wireframes, site maps, user scenarios, interaction flows, sketches, personas and prototypes
  • Experience with user research and evaluation techniques like interviews, card sorting and usability testing
  • Experience working with clients to solve interactive design problems
  • Ability to model interaction flow, navigation structure, and other structural components of system
  • Ability to show ideas visually
  • Ability to write and present clearly
  • Fluent with Visio, Omingraffle, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure and other tools of the trade.
  • Some under-the-hood knowledge (HTML, CSS, PHP, Ruby, etc.)
  • Visual design or front-end development background
  • University degree in a related field
