Our ideal candidate will come from a web design or front-end development background, but will have a couple of years experience creating UX deliverables for projects. We're looking for a creative problem-solver who uses the UX toolkit to develop products that really work.
Ideal Skillset
- Experience developing wireframes, site maps, user scenarios, interaction flows, sketches, personas and prototypes
- Experience with user research and evaluation techniques like interviews, card sorting and usability testing
- Experience working with clients to solve interactive design problems
- Ability to model interaction flow, navigation structure, and other structural components of system
- Ability to show ideas visually
- Ability to write and present clearly
- Fluent with Visio, Omingraffle, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure and other tools of the trade.
- Some under-the-hood knowledge (HTML, CSS, PHP, Ruby, etc.)
- Visual design or front-end development background
- University degree in a related field
