Wireframe

Wireframe

Wireframes show the layout, labels and interaction of a screen, and describe the behaviour of each element. They avoid colour and photos, and instead use placeholders for images and sometimes copy. Wireframes are mainly specifications, but they can also be converted to a prototype for usability testing. Wireframes help teams avoid premature conversations about surface issues like colour, and instead focus discussion on correct and complete content and functionality.
